RETURNING A STEINBAUER MODULE FOR TESTING

STEINBAUER Modules are built tough and built to last. Over time normal wear and tear on your module and harness that might need to be addressed, or you might be experiencing a technical issue.


So how can you return your module and harness to STEINBAUER Technical Support for testing?


  • Call our tech support team if you are experiencing any issues. The overwhelming majority of 'issues' come from incorrect installation or moving a module from an existing machine to a newer one, without confirming the part number is correct. Our support team offer video call support to walk you through the basic troubleshooting steps to take.



  • Noticeable damage to your harness? Normal wear and tear, friction, heat or even rodents can overtime cause wear issues with the STEINBAUER harness. When inspecting your harness if you notice any wear damage where the sires are exposed, please send your module into our Technical Support team for inspection. Link to return form below.

  • How should I ship my module? We recommend that you ship your module and harness with a tracking number. UPS is the most reliable service in our area, as well as USPS. If you choose to use USPS, please ensure that the package is trackable.
